Poseidon:

One of the Twelve Olympians, and one of the three most powerful Greek gods.

Is the ancient Greek goddess of crossroads, magic, witchcraft, the night, the moon, and ghosts.

Zagreus: (TAKEN)

 Is the god of rebirth or as the son of Hades and Persephone

Nyx: (ON HOLD)

 Is the primordial Greek goddess who personifies Night. 

Themis:

 Is the Greek Titaness, daughter of Gaia and Uranus, representing divine law, justice, order, and custom. 

Demeter:

She is the Greek goddess of agriculture, fertility, and the harvest. She is also known as the Mother Earth, Goddess of the Grain, Goddess of the Underworld, and Poppy Goddess.

Ares: (ON HOLD)

One of the Twelve Olympians, he is the son of Zeus and Hera.

Athena: (ON HOLD)

The is one of the Twelve Olympians and the patron goddess of Athens.

Apollo: (ON HOLD)

One of the 12 main Greek gods, Apollo is associated with the sun, light, music, and prophecy.

Selene: (TAKEN)

Is the Greek goddess and personification of the Moon, daughter of the Titans Hyperion and Theia

Artemis:

Daughter of Zeus and Leto, and the twin sister of Apollo. She was one of the 12 Olympians who ruled the world on Mount Olympus.

Hephaestus:

The Greek god of fire, metalworking, and crafts. He was also the blacksmith of the gods.

Aphrodite: (ON HOLD)

The Greek goddess of love, beauty, and fertility. She was the daughter of Zeus and Dione.

Persephone: (ON HOLD)

Persephone is the Greek goddess of the underworld and the goddess of spring, a duality rooted in her abduction by Hades and subsequent yearly return to the surface. Daughter of Zeus and Demeter.

Hermes: (ON HOLD)

One of the 12 Olympic gods. He was the messenger of the gods, and was associated with trade, commerce, communication, borders, eloquence, diplomacy, thieves, and games.

Dionysus: (ON HOLD)

Dionysus, also known as Bacchus, was the god of wine, fertility, theater, and religious ecstasy.

Hades:

The god of the underworld, ruled over the dead.

Hypnos:

The Greek god of sleep. He is often depicted as a gentle young man with wings, and his Roman form is Somnus.

Oceanus:

The Titan god of the Oceanus River, which was believed to encircle the world.

Nemesis:

The Greek goddess of divine retribution and vengeance. She was known for her role in punishing hubris, arrogance, and inappropriate behavior.

Hestia:

Goddess of the hearth and home (sometimes substituted for Dionysus in the Olympian twelve)

Eros:

The god of love and desire. 

Amphitrite: (TAKEN)

Goddess of the sea and Poseidon's wife.

Lyssa: (ON HOLD)

Goddess of  rage, fury, and rabies in animals.

Helios:

The sun god.

Chaos:

God of disorder, anarchy and chaos.

Prometheus:

God of fire.

Eris:

Goddess of discord.

Erebus:

God of darkness and shadows.

The Titans:

Elder gods, such as  Cronus nad his wife Rhea, who were the parents of the first Olympian generation. 

The Muses:

Nine goddesses of inspiration for literature, science, and the arts.

There are many more characters in Greek mythology that walk hand in hand with the Gods/Goddesses.
