In Every Breath

In the quiet corners of my mind,

Your laughter lingers, soft, defined.

A spark that lights the darkest night,

A hand to hold, my heart’s delight.

Your voice, a song I can’t forget,

A melody my soul has met.

In every glance, in every touch,

I find a love that means so much.

Through storms that come, through skies of gray,

You are my dawn, my guiding ray.

No words could hold the depth I feel,

For you, my love, are all things real.

And if the world should fade away,

My heart would still have you to stay.
