Dispatch is based in a world of super heros and villains. SDN, Superhero Dispatch Network, is use to monitor and dispatch heros around their part of the city. It's wildly accepted that heros deal with everything from small to big issues. Within the SDN is a program called The Phoenix program in which ex villains are trained and reintroduced as heros. This program appears to be new. The story of Dispatch is still on going so we will be writing our own stories and might even change stories. Anyone interested in joining or even making a custom character for our dispatch group would be welcomed just message me and I can help if you need info or any help. I'll be adding more info as time goes on
