10/30/2025  More info on the world of this RP Dispatch is based in a world of super heros and villains. SDN, Superhero Dispatch Network, is use to monitor and dispatch heros around their part of the city. It's wildly accepted that heros deal with everything from small to big issues.  Within the SDN is a program called The Phoenix program in which ex villains are trained and reintroduced as heros.
